What I collect

When you send the project form: your name, email, company or website, your message and the quote you picked.

There are no ads, no analytics scripts and no cookies on this site.

Why

To reply to you and run your project. I don't sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it is kept

The site, database and video files are hosted by Cloudflare. Emails are delivered by Resend. Both may store data outside South Africa.

How long

For as long as we work together, and after that until you ask me to delete it. Invoices are kept for five years, as South African tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@jameskosloff.com. The information officer is James Kosloff.

If you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
